At The Alpine Candle Co, we are dedicated to providing high-quality candles that bring warmth and fragrance to your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy below, which outlines your rights and options.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thealpinecandlecompany.co.uk with your order number, details of the item, and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not provide refunds for:

  • Used items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to offer a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with details and photos. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return process above. To cancel an order, contact us at hello@thealpinecandlecompany.co.uk.
